All I can say is that I agree with all the people saying that EMS is not a scam. If a person get scam it would be by the seller and not by the postal service. EMS is just like USPS and I have used it in the past and it works. I cannot tell the speed in which an item will arrive due to the fact that you are waiting for an item that leaves one country and will arrive at another. The item has to go through US Customs and that takes a minute. At the same time, it will be given to USPS and that is just another waiting period. I work at the airport and unfortunately I see how some mail from the USPS stays in their warehouse for a few days and believe me when I buy from the internet I wonder if my package is just sitting at their warehouse waiting to be shipped. I guess the golden rules when buying from the internet are:
1. Make sure the website is secured. 2. Are you dealing with the site or a seller through the site? 3. Do you have a backup plan in case you never get the item? 4. Patience And the last one is the reason why we all are here. I hope the best for you buyers. I am one too. |

Absolutely NO scam!
They are very reliable and I find tracking sometimes faster than UPS. Last time it took 4 days from China to Sweden and that was even over weekend. Package left thursday arrivede tuesday. Don't worry, be happy!!! |

I had to come back and tell my story...
I bought an item from eBay and the seller was in Japan. He didn't have a long history with eBay, about 16 sales. I decided to buy an item from him since it was difficult to find in the US. 10 days later after the sale and the payment had gone through Paypal, his account was closed and my record of sale disappeared from eBay. Honestly it looked like a scam. Thank God I sent an email to the seller and he replied within a few hours telling me he was sorry and that he would ship the item right away. He used EMS and I didn't have a problem trusting EMS but had a huge problem trusting the seller. EMS was so fast to ship from JAPAN to the US, that it took three days for the item to get to my house. Fortunately it was not a scam and I got my item. Be careful who you buy from and be sure you have an insurance that could help you recover your money if something happens. About EMS, do not worry they are really good at what they do. I had used them before and will not have a problem using them later.
