EMS shipping? Scam possibility?

My husband bought me a phone from China on 1/16/09. I didnt receive it until 2/16/09. The cheap glass broke on the face of the phone before i could even turn it on. I sent it back, Fed Ex. It got there in 5 days, but they didnt acknowledge that they had it until 3/24/09. I am STILL waiting on them to return my phone. EMS tracking says they picked up the phone on 4/28/09. I'm pissed!

I've used EMS from China on several occassions and never have I experienced any problems. Once I received the EMS tracking number, I'll wait a couple of days then track it via the United States Postal Server (USPS) and it's there.

I recomend never pay anybody thr western union , paypal thr e-mail or bank transfer

I am still awaiting a parcel from Shanghai according to EMS tracking it has been despatched according to parcel force England the parcel is still sitting in Shanghai what is going on with my purchase

You have to wait at least 3 business days before you can use the tracking number. If your package was in fact delivered to another customer, your dispute in probably not with EMS but with the seller

You can go to the web of EMS. Then you can search through it. And I can tell you the sea rates from China to USA.

I have friends in Japan and Korea who often send me packages
using EMS - it is very fast. It also seems to be much cheaper
for them to send me things via EMS than when I send them things back
using the USPS.

Sending a package to Japan will often cost around $40 for just over a lb
and take 10 to 14 days using the USPS. When my Japanese friend sends
me the same size package back, it only costs her around $30 and takes
3 DAYS~!~! I wish I could use EMS and not the USPS!

And yes, when they send me tracking numbers, the link shows up
that takes me to the USPS tracking service.

i purchased from ebay. my package just tracked by both ems & usps to arriving in my town this morning. i should receive it within 48 hours. if i don't, i'll let you know.
