How to find reliable partners when you do business with Chinese ?
A good way is to do some investigation or due diligence to the prospective business. The suggestion I give you is that when you contact to Chinese parnter, you should ask them to provide their information in Chinese meantime, such as the name of firm, the address, the telephone and the person you are contacting. We Chinese lawyer can use our privilege to investigate their legitimacy and reliability by many means. If you want to do a big amount deal or want to establish a long-term business relation, I suggest you do so. Any questions about how to decrease business risks would be resolved by us. We shall give you more detailed propose based on due diligence or just based on information you provide. All the best Vivien Gong Chinese lawyers in Qingdao, China

Firstly I am sorry to hear about the loss you suffered. Trying to get that loss back is going to be a uphill battle. I can only offer you some information regarding deals made in Shenzen. Like all good cities in the world there are bad apples. Shenzen is no exception,in fact if you check the fraud sites shenzen is rated in electronic goods. I have been over that side of the world a few times and have made several good friends. Should you wish to deal in future, send me a mail and I will ask my friends to check it out for you first. I buy a lot from China and have suffered losses at first, but lessons were learned very quickly. Rather Pay a little more for smaller orders and buy from Alibaba and aliexpress from gold suppliers. They only get paid once you have received your goods and you are happy with quality. Not to say that you will be but at least you are offered some form of protection. The cost of returning goods to the supplier is very high and for us South Africans not a viable one. At least you can argue a discount. For any other South Africans you too may post me a mail and I will do my best to get you information or steer you in the right direction. I may be mailed at seadoo260@gmail.com |

Hey guys,
I'm a reseller in USA. I was scammed by 2 companies, Made-In-China.com and www.wrtshe.com; I ordered $450 clothes by Western Union, she never send me the items, never buy from them. Fortunately,I have a reliable supplier in China. I trade with this guy about 3 months,he offer me good quality products at wholesale prices. I would like to recommend this serious supplier here, hope that can be helpful. Contact person: Vivian Web link: http://2011vivian.v.yupoo.com E-mail: vivianiwantwatch@gmail.com |

Scam!!! Scam !!! Alert!!!
This company took $900 for LCD 3D TV and iphone4. At first they sent an invalid tracking number, after this I complained to Made in China. The scam company sent another tracking number, this time they send me copy fake iphone. I advise anyone who know YangJian Yang to contact local authorities if they have experience this fraud. I will be following up through contacts in China also. Contact China MOFCOM for details about how to stop these individuals. We must not allow them to get away with this…we need to stand together now! Yantai Qingtian Economy and Trade Co. Ltd. Lisa Zhao Suzie Wang Payee Name (Receiver): YANGJIAN YANG ACCOUNT: 6216 6164 0071 588(some numbers removed) Swift code: BKCHCNBJ73C Bank name: Bank of China, Putian Branch Bank address: 1069 Wenxianxi Road, Chengxiang Area, Putian City, Fujian, China Sender Miss Lisa Zhao Company Yantai Qingtian Economy and Trade Co. Ltd. Email hmkejitrading01@gmail.com (NOTE: Please REPLY to hmkejitrading01@gmail.com but DO NOT REPLY to en_notification@made-in-china.com) Telephone 86-13589781084 Fax Country/Region China Homepage http://susie125.en.made-in-china.com I am not able to post this on the website which host this company as it wont allow most of the words, says they are offensive!…The scam company are protected! This is how the scammer operate. They tell you they can send Brand Name Goods, like Apple or Samsung and then after they get you to pay into a private bank account or western Union, or Money Gram. If someone tells you they can get these products, be warned!….there are two reasons that a supplier will tell you this. No1. They are sending these products illegally from their country because Samsung, Apple etc wont all them to send through customs to other county, they can only sell with their own country. No 2. They are scamming you! Alibaba and Made in China, trade key ect charge high fees to the sellers so they are not likely to remove their membership. Other wise how can a scammer remain a GOLD MEMBER on these websites and get away with it. |

They are scamming you! Im looking for a reliable company that provides ipad 2 and blackberrys etc namebrand stuff along that line. Is what this guys is saying true?Is it legal to export this stuff to ZA South Africa, Apple has a factory in China,if suppliers are selling these items that they perhaps get at a much cheaper price it does make sense. |

Hi, my name is Alison, I'm hoping I can help yuo with this information before you go ahead and make a purchase.
I was looking for iphone and lcd tv and I have since been scammed by 2 different China company. The first time I was like you thinking that if iphone are made in China then it would stand to reason that the price would be lower. The second time I was scammed on usb drives, only this time I made sure I sent money to a company account, their email also came from their website, not gmail or hotmail. You have no way of getting the money back if they do not agree to return it. I began looking to manufactures of lcd tv, and found that the certificates were difficult to obtain, I am in Australia. The manufacturer told me that it would be difficult for them to get brand name products for me because of customs, and the company will give them a warning if they try to send outside the country. I have received iphone that they promise are 100% original and they are mostly useless, although you can get some good copies but the memory is low. I have found company in China who can sell iphone, but the price is around $774, which is no good for re-sale. I would give up on the idea and find a suitable company who can provide other items for reslae. I am currently looking into usb flash drievs, solar weather stations are popular, and you may do well with solar chargers,.....you can pick up for $20+ and these charge mobile phone, laptop, lights, great for camping. Watch out for made in china, alibaba, and tradekey. I wont send money unless it is for a very cheap sample. I hope this helps you. |

If the seller ask you pay by west union or T/T, you should be very careful, because once you pay it, you will not get refund. So do not pay to the seller that you don't know them. we can help you to verify sellers.

Hi, I live in Australia, and it sometimes feels like I am making my way through the list of credible suppliers with my eyes closed!
I have also had trouble finding suitable suppliers, and I have also asked to view certificates, and even had them translated but they still took my money! I dont think there are many honest suppliers of Electronics in China, especially Shenzhen. I have found that the suppliers who have copy phone are usually legitimate sellers. The name of the guy who took my money is YanJian Yang and his trading name was/is Yantai Qingtian Economy and Trade Co.(he was on made in china website), and my email box is full of others just like this person. I was about to give up on the idea, when I found a website that is similar to ebay(no bidding) and accepts paypal, DHgate.com I have made several purchases. I recently found a great supplier of USB Flash Drives. His Domain is new, which made me nervous but the goods arrived and really good quality. He has just left Uni and starting his business. This is not me, below and I am not affiliated with him whatsoever, I just want to let people know as much as we should report the scammers, also we should share our reliable suppliers. Credible Supplier of USB Flash Drive Company name: SHENZHEN QT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED Website: www.szqtt.com I urge you all to keep looking, perhaps find a product that is not a hot scam item, then test the waters a little bit. (solar chargers, hats ect) |
