FRAUD FAKE www.trade26.com Can anything be done?

Are a big fraud company. As the usual story, I was looking for electronics and came across several comapnies.

This company promised with all guarantees that goods would arrive and be original blah blah.

I have kept every single msn conversation with them if that helps legally.

Also I have my Western Union receipt with the name of the person money was sent to.


They were supposed to send me original Playstation 3 console but instead after much nagging about my goods, I finally recieved EMS tracking number.

A small package did arrive, but inside was a FAKE (100% fake I work in phone shop) Nokia N95 8gig. Complete with fake accessories.

I have all receipts, EMS papers and MSN conversations.

How can I go about to do anything to stop these people ripping people off ?

Also funnily enough after I complained - 3 other companies immediately contacted me through MSN mesenger with similar offers "we supply ps3..." bla bla and they were 100% percent garantee bla bla.

1 of them is loraine-86@hotmail.com

and another is electron99@live.cn with website www.electron99.com

after I asked Jenny (electron99) how she got all my details on all my msn accounts I had used to contact trade26 seh said tradekey (but Im not even on tradekey) so I believe its another scam connected to trade26.

anther company is aaiiv88@hotmail.com which I believe is also fake.

..offcourse now when I try to send them messages noone answers

You may file a police and/or FBI report for fraud, and file in court where they live as well if you know who they are. World Law may also track them down, prosecute and collect though they do charge a basic fee for that. WLD has 380 lawyers in the group covering all U.S. states and 26 countries.

Surprise surprise i got the same ordered £1,000 worth of goods Nintendo and Apple IPhones and got Fake Nokia 95 Phones which would not stay switched on. I have asked for my money back but got nowhere. Tradekey were a waste of time as all they did was take 10 Trust points of this guy called Justin

I had exactly the same situation...EXACTLY.NO DIFFERENCES..The only thing we can do is not to deal with transactions like that in the future..

The previous post is mine...In present ,Justin (trade26) says to send the phone back and that he repays my money back..The matter is that he has not blocked my account on MSN,and I see him when he enters with his account..We have stayed at this level (he waits for me to accept sending first the fake phone back and then to send me the money)...Could we do something at present?

PS:Why to decide to send fake phones instead of just taking the money and disappear as an MSN account etc?

If there is something that can be done...let me know. I am in. I am sitting on thousands of dollars of crap N95 knock-offs and "Justin" has stopped responding to me.

Jesus ! ME Too. I would highly recoment to all to make a web site or list on the internet to make a black list of this people.

And By the way...We should also share some info about who is trust worthy too.Dont you think so?
