Question Paul

Is it legal for a spouse to break into a password protected e-mail document for the purposes of getting leverage in a divorce?? This is on a home computer, within a password protected logon.
(Both file and site were protected. Some hacking skills!)

Default Re: Paul

No it is not. You could technically even file a police report against the spouse for that.
