FAMILY LAW
I MISSED MY FINAL TRAL HEARING DUE TO BEING OUT OF THE COUNTRY (PHILIPPINES) WAS SICK TO FLY, EVENTUALLY MISSED MY FLIGHT TILL, I HAVE YO WAIT FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT BACK TO THE U.S. IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO HAVE A FAIR TRIAL SINCE I HAVE A VALID EXCUSE? BY THE WAY I'M FROM CALIFORNIA. THANKS

You normally would need to have called at least or had somebody do so.
You can try but your odds are not great. Try to resolve asap as the longer you wait the worse off you will be. Maybe legal counsel should try for you. |
