Need assistance in divorce related issues

I've been married for the past 8 months and my wife and I seem to have
lots of problems. She says that I do not do enough for her and at times she has indicated that she wants a divorce. We do not have any kids and my wife is not pregnant.

I just need some help with the following queries with regards to
Malaysian Family Law/Divorce issues:

1) Can my wife claim for my house which is under my name and was
purchased before I got married. (it is still under loan/mortgage)?

2) Can she claim my car - which is also under my name and was purchased
before I got married?

3) My Savings, which is under my name, can she claim it?

4) Shares/Stocks under my name?

5) What if I decide to go for a divorce and she contests it, can I
still get a divorce?

6) IF yes for Q5, how long can it drag on?

7) Can I get an annulment instead of a divorce?

8) Can you recommend me a credible Divorce lawyer in Malaysia?

She can share in assets you accumulated during marriage but not before.

Unless you are a Muslim and then of course different rules will apply.
