Confused get rid of him

my husband is citizen of italy.still i didnt get citizenship of italy. he do sexsually harrasment with me always. just like rape he always do with me. he did not agree that i should work outside. he wants to close me in house.i m 21 yrs old and he is 35 years old. i m educated girl but he is totally uneducated. i want to get rid of him. i really affraid. i wanna ask that can i take divorce from him even if he will not agree with me? can i live separate in italy? where should i apply? how much time it will take? the main thing plz tell me can i get citizenship living as separate? PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE.

Yes you can divorce him even if he does not agree.

That situation does not sound good. You may also want to talk with women's aid groups or other government offices or even the police if you feel any fear about leaving.
