Non US citizen getting divorce with a US citizen
I am a Colombia woman that got married with a US citizen man, I was living in US when I married him, I had to move back to Colombia because of the kind of life I was having with him, I was scared of him, I didnt have a job to support myself and I was pregnant ( very sick ), did not find any other place to go but my own contry. I want to divorce him and also ask for child support. What do I have to do?what is the best option I have since I not living anymore in US? is there any person I can contact to help me? Thanks in advance for taking care of this issue.

Sorry to know your story
Immediatly contact the child support agency in USA state where your husband resides which can open a case for you ( mostly free of cost) even when you are out of usa but the father is in usa state and earning. |
