If a married woman has sex with a bachelor (never married) and both had
it willingly when sex was done (it was done using condoms). Can this woman harm the man in any way, or can she be punished under the IPC for having copulated with a bachelor, more so because she was married to someone else. I will be really glad and thankful if I am provided with an answer. Bye |
