Default what constitutes "conjugal visits" to nullify maintenance

Situation: couple is divorced. Ex Husband pays maintenance and ex
wife has house with a time table to sell. Prior to the end of the term for
this (4 years) the ex-wife is serious with another man and spending every other
weekend with him, living at his place. Does this constitute conjugal
visits and is this justification to end the maintenance payments and force sale
of the house prior to the agreed upon time frame (again, 4 years)? (state of Illinois, if that matters)
