Thumbs Down Divorce without signature

my wife is in a coma due to an accident and i recently filed for a divorce... is there any way i can get divorced even if she doesnt sign the divorce papers?What is the procedures or do i have to wait until she regains consciousness?

You really should contact the court or seek legal counsel for that question.
Is that the reason for the divorce? Perhaps an annulment would work?
Calling the court would be a great first step.

You still can divorce but the court is going to make sure she is taken care of one way or another.
