Confused Advice on divorce... My husband is thinking of leaving again, for the third time

After 10 yrs of marriage with a 5 yr old child, my husband is thinking of leaving again, for the third time, to go live with the same woman he has been leaving before. I told him that if this time he leaves he isnt coming back and that he better find a lawyer because I want my divorce. His grounds for leaving is that he isnt happy with us. While he is at home he totally ignores me as a woman although I am loving and kind to him. He says we can be friends, but guess I am not that open minded yet. Friends for what? He is on SSI from birth since he was born with a visual defect. My child gets a portion of the SSI also. He gets about 1200/mt and my child 700mt. He also has monies in the bank from inheritance. During our marriage we acquired nothing, not even a house. We own a 96 Ford van and have a child. Can I fight to get spousal support for ten years of caring for him, because he does need someone to care for him. I have also worked although havent earned that much, because everything has gone on food and gas. Times that he has gone away he deposits the ssi check to my bank account and nothing more. I have a 6K credit card bill acquired during marriage, buying little things here and there for the house, and I have been unable to pay it in full. He has squandared almost $500K during our marriage in things that havent paid him back.(I have fotocopied proof) he believes in this easy money scams and gets into them just to lose his money. Money which he could have spent on me, at least for a house. So it's not as if he doesnt have money, he does. So can I file for spousal support or is it just a no no, since he is on SSI?

Well they will not take much if any of the SS. But if he as other income you may get some.
