SOS statutes/case law on Separate Property

Am in NC and face a biased judge/with top bull dog opposition attorney tomorrow morning...having to go pro se since husband swindled, stole everything I had in one year...I have NO money for an attorney..ironic!
My assasin is an attny who has the judge in the pocket and in court papers..I am to PAY for my own assasin...

I need statutes, case law and no time to search an ocean to back up....
that what plaintiff seeks in interim relief and elsewise is MY separate property.
Thinking that if I could site case law, statutes specific...the judge might rethink his bias stand.

Background: Had an IRA before marriage of $300K+ that still tho almost exhausted is and laways has been in my SOLE name..same deal with a sole banking/checking . NOTHING ever was joint. Only married to this criminal for ONE year. I bought vehicles BEFORE and one he wants bought last year after marriage...a Ford F150...which I paid $13000 for via my IRA and put in MY NAME only....
Judge ordered it be turned over to this con man who came into marriage without a dime and did nothng but steal from me. Been told if I dont turn it over I will be put in jail. Condition that husband has insurance. Well he cant get insurance on something he doesnt own...BUT this judge may say I have to get it FOR HIM....not happening as I wont...and I dont have a dime.

ALSO tools of trade.....ah....I bought BEAUCOUP carpentry tools before and after marriage....for a Biz set up prior to marriage in my name only. A biz that never saw a dime and tools which many are Missing...better said STOLEN....and how I paid was from same IRA..no other source of income....or some on credit cards in my name only...also in turn I have tax liens from drawing from my IRA and equity loan because of debts. Cant pay the huge debts while this guy is carefree and judge says he should have HIS tools of trade. He was set up as an independent carpenter as wth his brother hahahaha and they both made sure they picked me dry. Bro embezzling what little money they made which I need to get his brother for....BUT stll ALL I have LEFT that was not stolen from all....came from IRA...etc etc

The divorce itself...the plaintiff claims he wants EQUITY out of my house for building a fence, a building in part, etc of LARGE ridiculous sums which are substandard...which I paid for all materials...while I paid for his dentures, his clothes, his food, his shelter, he didnt contribute but destroy and steal.. til I my life has been completely ruined and soon will be sporting a tin cup, homeless on the street.

I need some LAW...some case law...anything you can advise me..how to find quickly.....I have been working 16 hour days, sick, trying to find counsel and here it is doomsdfay tomorrow

Your only choice now is to go into court in the morning and request a continuance to allow you time to find and hire legal counsel. You really really need an attorney if you want any chance of prevailing.
