I am going through a divorce that is between two states, North Carolina and Virginia. We have settled the Equitable Distribution completely in the state of North Carolina. I got the house and the other person got part of my retirement. We were residing in N.C. during our marriage and both of us had moved away by the time the final E.D. paperwork was signed. The deed has been changed into my name and he has again, taken money.
He is filing for divorce in Virginia and is trying to bring the issue of Equitable Distribution back up! It has already been signed and finalized. Can this be brought back into court? |
