ok i have temporary custody and we have to go to mediation. mother was arrested in 2009 for drugs methamphetamine and child endangerment, laying the police officer. she forge the papers for parenting classes and rehab she did only 1 months from the 3 moths ordered and 52 weeks of parenting. i found all the paper work showing that she forged signatures and never finish this court orders. two months ago she was arrested with a big bag of meth again. but the police just let her go and is under investigation. the police officer give me this info. actually im worry because she put the restraining order against me with some allegation that i sexually and verbally abuse her, that im abusing my doctors prescription pain killes. and something that i did do physically bit her ass when she was lock with other man in the house that i dont even know him and she claim that the guy's anty was there. if that was true i never would react the way i did. but she said that...
any way the judge gives me the custody no visitation for now i dont know what to do.. but my stepdaughter 9years old ask me what is the little tub that momy uses to smoke (meth) something. also my stepdaughter previously was smelling like marijuana and her uncle call me to tel me that my wife was smoking weed in the garage. also my stepdaughter said that they put marijuana in a littlebag and momy is give to people.. what f.. is wrong whit this woman.. anyway im still worry for her allegations. i have the custody of my boys. and i dont know how to keep sole custody..
ho very smart my wife request to stay in the house, the kids and i have to pay her ticket, the rent, the car. the judge said nop u stay in the house with u daughter u pay the bills u pay the rent. he take the kids no visitations for wife..now i have to stay away she never pay the bills she got evicted she took everything and she sold many staff even that she has order not to do it. i try to keep my self together couse is nothing i can do. in top she took the receipts for my business and we getting audited from IRS and IRS wants a response from me like now and wife has everything.
i dont know what to do.. i need a bless. hooo and my first lawyer was and idiot that took only 800.00.
what do i do?.

i been filed my divorce since sep 2011. i been back and fort my english is bad and hierd a lawyer. the first think is to responde to a my ex because she file a restraining order. but she use methamphetamine since she was 16 she is 31 now and we have a court day and i got the full custody of my kids,no visitation until the mediation and other issues she put a nasty restraining order and she call me 20min after couse she need money. she got crazy after my reponce "i cannot help u you put a restraining order". good thing the juge give me the custody that is good but judge order her to stay and pay the rent her car and everything she ask but she has to pay for and her daughter stay with her. she never work she hasnt work in years. he can read the story and figure with times and dates. my lawyer give some files and said you have to serve her this doc. they wasnt filed yet and lawyer said rightaway i said they are not file file u have to give to her do what i said and than u go and file this other three doc. i whent and filed before i serve and i notice my lawyer right my name has respondent instead of the petitioner. that was wrong each paper was wrong the petitioner was upside down on each paper i responded and petitioner in others. i have to stop and fixed. then in the same paper she was asking for property restrain and control for the other party instead of me. im the one who needed then when i thought i finish filed and wait 24hr for the judge respond the judge deny and return the papers because paper were missing. i talk to her and and i said we dont have time for mistakes. we were 3 days before court and we better wait. we file again a response for the restraining order that actually was kind fine, but she mention this is the paper work that i found in the webside that u have to file. are u serious u have to look in the webside? i though she knew?... at the court house she didnt talk for me much and i was writing in a piece of paper what to said. what a lawyer, she was not informe of the paper work that i file before and she was did you file this and that? we already talk about what i file.
im terrify more for my lawyer than the whole case?.. suggestion? of curse i will fierd her.. was lowcost income but that means has to be bad....i dont know what to do next....

I wish to inform you that court consider best interest of child as main consideration. In this regard you can show to court that other parent cannot take care of child. You can show statement of child regarding smell and acts of other parent and show to court that in such an environment best interest of child cannot be met. You can therefore first collect evidence including statement of person who know facts and then show in court that other parent is unfit.
