Default Defamatory Posts on World Law Direct

Hi,
My estranged wife has posted some untrue defamatory posts against me and my family on world law direct forum. This is meant for harassment to me.

She has posted all my personal details including my passport details and my past whereabouts all over word law direct forum.

I have sent an email to: info@worldlawdirect.com as advised on this site in last week of July. I had sent links to the relevant threads in the email.

I have even left the voicemail on the contact no of worldlawdirect.

Till today no action has been taken by WorldLawDirect forum in getting the posts deleted.

Can anyone suggest as to how do I contact some administrator of the forum to delete the defamatory post ?

In the event worldlawdirect does not respond to me, what action can I initiate to get the posts deleted ???

Thanks & Regards

For all forum issues please contact the forum administrator. Click the link displayed below and as the subject choose "forum feedback"...

The other email addresses and phone numbers are exclusively used for law questions and our lawyers will likely not be able to respond.

Also please note the following...

Forum web sites are not liable or responsible for posters' comments. That is well settled law as your legal counsel will confirm for you. You need to subpoena the IP address of the poster and make demands upon, or sue, the poster.
However if you are unable to do that for some reason, we simply need a signed and notarized statement faxed to us saying precisely what information about you is too personal, or incorrect and why; and adding that you state this under penalties of perjury. Then we can remove other peoples' posts. The document would be viewed as an official document under oath in any court proceeding. You may fax to 1 209 436 2281. Thanks.
