re domestic violence matter
==================== Thank you WLD for your quick response. I will be going to the halifax courthouse tomorrow morning and my common law spouse will be going as well to get a variance to the undertaking the police had given me. If there is a variance granted at this time then we will talk to the prosecutor about whether he/she feels the need to pursue this matter. If I don't feel satisfied with the response I will contact you with the details needed for you to contact them. |
