Default Pendente Lite Order

We filed divorce in July 2006. My wife filed for Pendente Lite relief. We met with the special master and she was granted Maint. and Child Support. The amounts were supposed to be based off of my 2003,2004,2005 tax returns. My wife's attoreny introduced another tax return for 2001. Which was my best year for income at work. I work in sales and earn commission as well as base pay. They didn't include 2002 tax return which was my worst year. because of a family matter. Do I have an recourse because the calculation at that time was off because of the introduction of the 2001 tax return.? Shouldn't all tax returns in that sting of dates been considered. I was told to bring only three years of tax returns for the special master. Any feedback will be appreciated.
