International divorce; I'm a refugee from China
I came to the state 18 days after I got married. My husband and I we haven't met after that it was June 2009. He's never visited the US and we didn't contacted for more than 7 months. Now how I can get a divorce and how long it will take? By the way I'm a refugee from China. Please give me the good advice, many thanks.

I wish to inform you that you can file for divorce and can take divorce from the court having jurisdiction over your area. Divorce can be filed in the State where either of the parties reside. The laws of your state will determine duration of divorce. If divorce is uncontested then you may obtain divorce at the earliest with least expense.
