cheating wife... she has already been unfaithful twice
N.S.W. i have a friend who has been married to his wife for a little over one year in which she has already been unfaithful twice. they own a house together and he is worried to leave her because she will take everything. he is just wondering if he can get the marriage annulled because of her being unfaithful in such a short period of time. please help with information of his options. thank you

I wish to inform you that your friend can obtain dissolution of marriage on the grounds of adultery. In this regard under Matrimonial Causes Act 1899 No 14, Part 4 Division 1 adultery by spouse is regarded as a valid ground for dissolution of marriage. As your friends wife is unfaithful thus adultery may be alleged.
