Can she get spousal support?
My boyfriend is in the process of getting a divorce from his wife. They have been seprated for a year and she has her own apartment, been working 6yrs and has a car in her name. The question is can she file for support? I mean she is not the brightest thing in the world. She been out of high school 10yrs and still hasn't gradauted because of a math test she has to pass. She only calls him for money which she doesn't get. So could she get support or not? She works two jobs one she just got two weeks ago and the other she's had for six years.
