Bank accounts
Plan to divorce in 2007. My mother has my name on all her accounts at our bank. Would husband be able to touch her money in the divorce since my name is on her accounts? It is not my money but she has it set up that way in case something should happen to her and she is not able to pay her bills. We have a power or attorney as well, should we remove my name from her accounts so that it is not part of the divorce?

Yes you should. Otherwise it may very well be a point you have to prove and argue about in the divorce.
