Default Implications: She promised me that she would abort if at all she is impregnated

I am an Indian, presently staying in India. A few months back, I was in Singapore then, when I fell in love with a Filipino woman, who was working in some pub. I thought she truly loved me, but later after she departed, I realized that all she wanted was money from me. We were involved in physical relationship with promises not to carry a child with this relationship. She promised me that she would abort if at all she is impregnated.
But now, she is carrying my child, ignoring the promises made to me about having a child.

She was divorced from her previous relationship and had a baby through him.

I want to know, what are the possible legal implications i might face in the future if she ever asks me for the financial support or any other means of help to her or the child. We are never married to each other.

She may claim for child support maintenance in future. In that case she has to prove that you are the biological father of her second child. Only after proving that aspect she can claim for child support maintenance. Even though you are not married to her, you can not dispute the paternity of your child. If you dispute the paternity she will go to court and get an order for paternity test. It is better advised that you may consult with a Family law Attorney who can give a proper advise in this regard.

It's not enough to ask her to promise to abort any child irresponsibly conceived. It was up to you to ensure you did not impregnate any woman you did not want children with.

She has no obligation to abort the child merely because you were irresponsible enough to slack off in ensuring you wore a condom during intercourse. It's not the woman's responsibility to make sure you don't become a father.

You didn't mention what country she's currently residing in. That would make a difference in any implications.
