Seperated for years, location unknown
I have been seperated from my wife for about 10-11 years. Last known address was in NC. Her current address in unknown.
We have no chi9ldren living with either one of us. Can I file for a divorce and exempt her from any retirement monies that I will receive in the future? Thank you |
