I wish to inform you that a husband may be be abusive or throw wife out of home. In this regard if a husband has done such a thing then wife may take legal action. Wife may inform police about the acts of husband and husband may be liable for domestic violence. Acts of husband are without any evidence and therefore may not be justified. The house belongs to both th spouses being a matrimonial property and therefore none of the spouse can be thrown out. Hence legal action may be taken against husband.

I don't even see a question. Just a rambling statement.

The answer is simple.

...he cannot do that. The police will escort you back and they will arrest him if he threatens you or harms you you in any way.

Have no fear!

The answer is obviously not that simple. The police can do nothing. This is a civil matter.

The police can only arrest if there has been clear evidence of domestic violence.
