Protective Order: How can I appeal the decision and get the order lifted?
I received a protective order against me stating I cannot see my children or my wife. I was in County jail at the time the hearing took place. The statements given to the criinal court and the family court do not match. I can get documentation that I have never harmed either my children or my wife. How can I appeal the decision and get the order lifted?
