Signed paperwork
My question is..my husband has signed our divorce papers because hes not contesting the divorce, and they have been notorized. How long do I have to file them from the date that they were signed to get my divorce moving along.

In many cases there is no limit if both still agree--sometimes 30 or 60 days--but the court can choose not to accept them if undue delay occurs. Call the clerk of the court but you should file asap in any case.
