(TX) ex is filling for 2nd divorce in another state, why?

We were granted a divorce October of 09 in the state of Texas. I just received a new filling for a divorce in a Parish in the state of Pennsylvania. Our divorce papers were attached it seems as if he is wanting no change in the divorce, except for the state. Is this leading to something sinister? Anyone have a idea?

I wish to inform you that as the divorce has already been granted therefore your ex may not file for 2nd divorce. In this regard you may argue the principle of res judicata which provides that second suit on same subject matter between same parties may not be allowed. Second suit may be file for various reasons like when a party is not satisfied with decision of the court and like to have other result, etc therefore in order to put an end to litigation the principle of res judicata has been developed.
