Cheating Wife is Pregnant...
I live in Oklahoma. My wife has been cheating on me for about 2 months. We just found out she was 5 weeks pregnant today. I saw a local attorney and he said that Oklahoma will not allow me to divorce her because we do not know who the child's father is. Is this true?

It is a little more complicated than that. You can divorce at some point but there can be delay until the child is born.
