losing my new home

My exhusband purchased a car using my name as the co-sign (without my knowledge) some time ago. I am in the process of buying a home and found out that he has missed several payments and I must pay a larger down payment (which I do not have) I don't want to lose the house, what can I do?

You can file fraud and forgery charges and then have it removed from your credit report.
