Co-own property after divorce? - Timeshare in Las Vegas

Helping a friend with his divorce...he lives (and is filing) in FL, wife lives in MA. They own a timeshare in Vegas. They are very amicable and have already split everything before even filing. The market is bad, and they want to co-own the timeshare for the time being, splitting the cost and time. Is this possible? If so, how do you do it when filing?

I wish to inform you that after the divorce they (your friend and his wife) can continue to be co-owners of the time share property in Vegas. In this, they must meet 4 conditions as under:
1. They must have acquired the time share at the same time.
2. They must have the same title to the time share.
3. They must have equal share in the time share.
4. They must possess the time share equally.
They can mention in the separation agreement or divorce agreement that time share will be continued as co-owners.
