Annulment/ invalid marriage? (Michigan)

Hello.

I have a question to see if I would qualify for an annulment. When my ex and I married, (in MI), I was in the process of finishing up my divorce with my previous husband whom i had been separated for four years.
My papers were due to be signed and done with by March 2nd. However, they got sent back and had to be looked over and everything wasn't in order until march 15th. The thing is we got married on the 3rd of March. So, apparently things were not finalized at that time. So i am wondering if there is anything to be done regarding out marriage... from what I am seeing it seems like it is an invalid marriage but I need to make sure. I hope someone can help.

I wish to inform you that your second marriage is invalid. When you had married then at that time your divorce proceedings were going on and in process. Until the divorce proceedings are concluded the status practically is still of husband and wife as marriage has not ended. Therefore, when you married for second time then at that time as your first marriage had not finished hence it is illegal.
