International Annulment (UK citizen, green card, USA)

I'm a UK citizen who married a US citizen from Ohio in August. She now want the marriage to end and has filed annulment papers stating the only reason we got married was to get me a green card and that I stopped communicating after two months. Neither of these reasons are true and I need to know if signing the papers would leave me open to fraud charges and if I will be able to get visas in the future to enter the US?

I wish to inform you that on the basis of fraudulent marriage for having a Green Card a person may be deported and can face a ban for applying in future for the Green Card. Further, chance for having future visa is also affected if USCIS comes to know that you have married just to obtain the US Green Card. You may be subject to other charges also if charges of fraud marriage are made against you and proved. However you can present other reasons for divorce which do not show that marriage is a sham marriage.
