Confused Married a married man (legal documents, fraud)

How do I go about annulment on the grounds of misrepresentation or fraud. I married a married man in the year 1992 (in the Philippines) when I was still very young and didn't know the consequences of what we were doing. After 18 years, I want to have it annuled because it messes up my documents when I assumed his last name in SOME of my legal documents (travel documents, insurance, etc). I worry that it might be a problem in the future. I want to have my maiden name back...and my life back!

Was he, and is he still, married to the previous wife when he married you?

If he has since divorced the previous wife, that act validated your marriage so you'll need a divorce.

Yes, we do have all the reproductive rights. We also have all the reproductive responsibilities. Care to try those on for size, big boy?

Confused re: Married a married man (legal documents, fraud)

Yes, he was married and still is until now. That is why I don't see any hope of us being legal after all these years because he's still married to the same woman. And now I just want to forget about this and move on with my life. In doing that, I want to have our marriage annuled since it's not even valid in the first place, right? How do I do that?
