Divorce petition: Can I ask a solictor to amend or omitted the clause?
My solictor has just prepared the divorce petition and in the "Particulars" part of the statement, there is sentence in it that I am not to happy with, can you ask a solictor to amend this or completely take it out of the petition?
I just dont want to sign it until I completely happy with it. btw the sentence is regarding debts and finance which I did not want as a focal point in my divorce |
