Default Home equity and ownership: the judgement states I must vacate

California. My ex and I were married 14yrs. Our divorce judgement states we are to divide the equity on the home in half. My ex husband (Andy) will reside in the home. The judge approved our agreement which states I am to vacate the home, purchased 12yrs ago by Andy & myself on 12/31/09 & Andy was to submit my half of the equity on 12/31/09. Andy also kept the furniture in the home but was to pay me for that along with the equity
The equity money or money for the furniture was not given to me. On the day I was to move andy threatened that i was violating a court order and he would call the cops to escort me out if not out on 12/31/09. Andy and his girlfriend who is paying rent to him waited for me to move and took residence of the home the day i moved out, on 1/1/10. To this day the money has not been given to me.
My question is, since the judgement states I must vacate, i did not sign a quick claim deed or anything stating I am being removed from the loan and my name is on the deed; am i still half the owner on the home. And if someone is living there paying rent wouldnt have that money come to me?
