Annulment or divorce
I had traveled to Lagos, Nigeria and married a man there on April 18th, 2008. We have not seen each other sense. I am a US citizen and he is a Nigeria citizen and he has never been to the US. Is our marriage legal, or do I qualify for an annulment. Or do i need to get a legal divorce?

You might annul but if you consummated the marriage or if there is not some unusual reason about how this all happened, you normally will have to divorce.
