Sueing the Wife
Is it possible to sue my wife for mortgage, utilities, heating cost, etc., while the divorce is pending? I'm asking because eventually we're going to sell the house and I don't want to be stuck paying for everything by myself while she's waiting for the house to be sold and to collect half the check, to me it's not right! She does have a job! I live in the state of Pennsylvania.

No you cannot.
When you share your life with another, you cannot expect to be reimbursed when things don't work out. |

You cannot...The divorce court set rules as to who pays what during the divorce if you two cannot agree.

who is on the title and on mortgage? And why would you get out of paying? Wasn't it ok when you were marrried now all of a sudden you are no longer and you are implying that she should pay? Just because she works doesn't mean a thing it's the lifestlye you had while you were married I would think.
Why would you be so cruel and sue? |
