Confused divorce

I've been married to a US citizen in the united states since almost 4 years, he is a pharmacist, and i worked for a year and half as a pharmacy technician and i've had a green card for more than 3 years now.. but we had issues that we want to get divorced...will i still be able to keep my greencard and apply for citizenship in the future and when??

we had a joint account and i had a separate one but he took all the money....he sold my car (it was on his name), we've a house since almost 2 years that is on both of us names, but he wants me to do him the paper so that he will be able to sell it and he is not willing to give me any money!! we've no children...do u think i need a lawyer?

Default Re: divorce

You can file for divorce and ask the court to control the money situation.

You can still keep your green card.
