Time Served ...
I'm in NY. Mandatory one year separation. We havent had sex in over a year. I refuse to sleep with her because she has a boyfriend. Does the "Living separated but under the same roof" rule apply. In other words, do we still have to wait another year to get a divorce? Of course she's not going to admit to the "side friend", but she will admit we havent been together.
