My husband having affair over 4 years now, won't move out of house. I don't have money for divorce and legal aide won't help because we both own the house. He is putting us in debt and nothing I can do.

You can file your own divorce if you have to. Not having funds to divorce is no excuse.

And you can ask the court to make him pay if he has funds and keeps them from you.

There is something you can do. You can sell things you own to come up with the money to divorce. You're throwing obstacles up because perhaps you don't really want a divorce and don't want things to change. Change is scary. But if you allow another to run or ruin your life, it's the choice you made. People cannot do things to us without our permission.

Sell stuff, take out a loan if you have to, but if you truly want out of this marriage, get to a divorce attorney.
