Default Divorce dismissal date

I filed for divorce and was notified by my lawyer that my case had a dismissal dat eon May 19th. We went to court several times for restraining orders. Within these session a temporary custody plan was set and we were instructed to preform a parenting evaluation through the courts to help determine custody. I filed for divorce and recieved my first response form her on Aug 16th upon the "default" date. I am questioning how it is that I recieved my first response from her in Augest when I files for divorce in November. What happend to the first dismissal date? Did my lawyer miss something? I have filed three requests to her.

Thanks

Default Re: Divorce dismissal date

Something is off--it should have been long ago active if you filed in Nov.

Review the court file or have a second lawyer do so if need be.
