EEK! Can I be held in contempt?

The judge ordered a car that is tittled in a third parties name to go to my ex. It has been tittled that way since before the marraige. I live in Oregon and all other items have been satisfied to the courts order. The third party will not give up the car since they are saying that it was not ours to decide over in the divorce. They have since retaken possesion of the car and now the ex-wife is telling me I am an contempt because of it. What can I do?

More information is needed. How did the 3rd party come to be involved? What's the connection to your marriage? Who paid, or made payments on the car and whose name was on the loan?

get copies of the title of the vehicle go befor the judge with evidence that the car was neither yours or hers claim you as a couple borrowed the vehicle and the owner wants his property back and you should be okay
