uninsured
I live in Missouri and have been seperated from my husband for a year. When we split up I moved out of the house we lived in and into the home that I used to live in. I had to quit my job as it was an hour away from where I moved back to and in doing this I lost my insurance. I talked to my husband and he agreed to put me on his insuranse as I am Diabetic have high blood preasure and high cholesterol. The other day I went to pick up new meds and they said I needed a new card. I called my husband and he said that at his work he had to change insurance companys and he didnt put me on as he thought I had insurance where I now work.I can get insurance where I work but can not afford it. My question is can he drop me from his insurance even though we are stll married. Neither of us has filed yet.

It is not illegal; you may want to file for divorce and get the court to require that he insure you.
