Hiring private investigator while having a temporary restraining order
State of Texas
Can a husband hire a private investigator to follow his wife during a divorce in Texas even if the wife has a temporary restraining order against the husband? |

It's not a good idea. Why would you want to do such a thing? If she has a restraining order out on you and she finds out you are having her tailed and recording her every move (stalking), you could be arrested.
Let go gracefully and move on with your life. It's not worth it. |
