Default Arizona - gay couple, legal seperation
How would i go about legal seperation in Arizona if im in a same sex marriage? I was married in California. What steps can be taken or how would i go about the whole process? Also i forsee the other party not agreeing what can i do if she doesnt?

You should know whether your state recognizes same sex marriage. If it does, file for divorce. If not, file in Calif.

It doesn't matter whether she agrees or not. A person cannot be forced to remain married if they don't want to be married any longer.
