self agreement btw an unmarried couple
i have made an agreement with my ex boyfriend.the agreement is hand written on a plain white paper with a black ink pen.we have put down our signatures and thumbprint but there is no third party who knows about this agreement except the 2 of us. if he breaks any of the rules written in the agreement, can i use this agreement to sue him?
