Default quick question

What is a legal definition of a long period of seperation? I have heard this before where the judge may order it a "blank" divorce due to the long period.

Not sue what you mean...

being separated does not cause a divorce but in some states it does permit a divorce to proceed immediately instead of waiting the required period...
