Confused Difference between Annulment and Divorce in Arkansas

I have been living with him for 2 years, but we rent our house. We were married 3 months ago, almost to the day. We have an uncontested separation at this point. We do not have any joint assets. Everything has remained in separate names, with the exclusion of our car inssurance, which I have recently paid in full for 6 months for both of us under my policy. What is the limitation on annulments vs. divorce in arkansas and how do I go about dissolving this union?

If you consumated the marriage--i.e. had sex--you normally need to divorce.
